1. افتح NQRB وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
2. افتح تبويب «حسابي».
3. اختر «حذف الحساب» واقرأ أثر الحذف.
4. اختر «متابعة الحذف».
5. في التأكيد الثاني، اختر «حذف الحساب نهائيًا».

الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open NQRB and sign in.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Select “Delete account” and review the effect.
4. Select “Continue to deletion.”
5. In the second confirmation, select “Delete account permanently.”

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

ما يحدث عند تأكيد الخادم

• تُلغى جلسات NQRB النشطة.
• تُبطل بيانات اعتماد الأجهزة وتسجيلات Firebase/FCM.

What happens when the server confirms

• Active NQRB sessions are revoked.
• Device credentials and Firebase/FCM registrations are invalidated.
• Old realtime and calling access stops.
• After these steps are confirmed, the app clears local session, device, and account state and returns to sign-in.

• عضوية NQRB والجلسات وبيانات الأجهزة وpush.
• ملف الجهاز وبيانات الاقتران وتقارير استخدام المكالمات الخاصة بالمستخدم.

• إذا لم توجد عضوية لأي تطبيق آخر، تُحذف الهوية العامة وGoogle login أيضًا.

Data deleted or anonymized

• NQRB membership, sessions, device, and push data.
• Device profile/pairing data and the user's call usage reports.
• Calls that do not belong to another participant.
• In a shared call record retained for the other participant, the deleted user's identity and name are replaced with an anonymous value that is not linked to the account.
• If no membership in another app remains, the global identity and Google login are also deleted.

What may remain and why

If the account is used in another Bot Global app, the global identity, Google login, and that app's membership remain so the other app continues to work. Shared-call outcome and timing may remain in the other participant's history after the deleted user's personal link is removed. Aggregate notification campaign counts may remain without the device row or identifier. There is no approved fixed retention period or rule that keeps personal data “just in case.”

مدة المعالجة

تكتمل الخطوات عادةً ضمن الطلب نفسه. لا يمسح التطبيق حالته المحلية إلا بعد أن يؤكد الخادم إبطال وسائل الوصول الأساسية. إذا حدث عطل مؤقت قبل هذا التأكيد، يعرض التطبيق خطأً ويحافظ على حالته اللازمة للاسترداد، بينما تستمر إعادة المحاولة على الخادم؛ ولا تُعاد أي جلسات تسجيل دخول أُلغيَت بالفعل. لا نعلن مدة ثابتة غير معتمدة.

Processing time

The steps normally finish within the request. The app clears its local state only after the backend confirms that critical access paths are revoked. If a temporary failure occurs before that confirmation, the app shows an error and preserves the local state needed for recovery while server retry continues; any sign-in sessions already revoked are not restored. No unapproved fixed completion time is stated.
