• تفضيلات اللغة والسمة والإشعارات والحماية التي يختارها المستخدم.

1. Information the app may process

• Enterprise profile information such as name, email, organization, and department.
• Device information such as device name, manufacturer, model, OS version, and app version.
• A random app installation identifier that does not rely on IMEI.
• Pairing and session information required to link the device to the account.
• Language, appearance, notification, and protection preferences selected by the user.

2. استخدام الكاميرا وQR

يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا لقراءة رمز QR الخاص بعملية اقتران الجهاز. وظيفة الاقتران لا تُصمم لتسجيل الصور أو الفيديو أو الاحتفاظ بمحتوى الكاميرا.

2. Camera and QR usage

The app uses camera access to scan a QR code for device pairing. The pairing feature is not designed to record photos or videos or retain camera content.

• إتمام اقتران الجهاز بشكل آمن.
• عرض بيانات الملف الشخصي المصرح بها.
• استقبال وعرض الإشعارات والتعليمات وطلبات المصادقة.
• إدارة الجلسة وحالة الجهاز وإعدادات التطبيق.
• تحسين الأمان والاستقرار وتشخيص المشكلات عند الحاجة.

3. Purposes of processing

• Securely complete device pairing.
• Display authorized profile information.
• Receive notifications, instructions, and authentication requests.
• Manage sessions, device status, and application preferences.
• Support security, stability, and troubleshooting when required.

4. التخزين المحلي والحماية

قد يحفظ التطبيق محليًا إعدادات مثل اللغة والسمة وصوت الإشعارات ومعرّف تثبيت التطبيق. عند تفعيل حماية إضافية يعتمد التطبيق على وسائل الحماية التي يوفرها نظام التشغيل والجهاز مثل البصمة أو قفل الجهاز.

4. Local storage and protection

The app may store preferences locally, including language, theme, notification sound, and the app installation identifier. Optional additional protection relies on security mechanisms provided by the operating system and device.

5. مشاركة البيانات

تتم معالجة البيانات في نطاق الخدمات اللازمة لتشغيل ENPO Connect والبنية التحتية المرتبطة به. لا تُستخدم البيانات الشخصية لبيع البيانات أو للإعلانات الموجهة.

قد تستخدم الخدمة مزودي بنية تحتية أو خدمات تقنية عند الحاجة لتشغيل الوظائف المطلوبة، مع تطبيق الضوابط الأمنية والتعاقدية المناسبة.

5. Data sharing

Information is processed as necessary to operate ENPO Connect and its related infrastructure. Personal information is not used for the sale of data or targeted advertising.

Infrastructure or technical service providers may be used where required to operate the service, subject to appropriate security and contractual controls.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

يتم الاحتفاظ ببيانات الاقتران والجلسات والمعلومات المرتبطة بالجهاز للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة والحفاظ على الأمان والمتطلبات التشغيلية. تحديات الاقتران المؤقتة مصممة لتنتهي خلال مدة قصيرة ولا تعمل كبيانات اعتماد دائمة.

6. Data retention

Pairing, session, and device-related information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, and meet operational requirements. Temporary pairing challenges are designed to expire after a short period and are not permanent credentials.

7. Security

Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are applied, including secure communications, short-lived pairing challenges, replay protection, and separation between pairing data and session credentials.

8. Access, correction, and deletion

You may contact us regarding information associated with your account or to request correction or deletion where applicable. Some information may remain subject to organizational or legal retention requirements.
